What is the MRT test ?
The MRT – Mediator Release Test – is an innovative method of detecting food hypersensitivity states as well as defining the reaction level of white blood cells to particular foods. What you eat is antigenically alien to your organism, therefore, your immune system is always ‘interested’ in your diet.
What you eat is antigenically alien to your organism, therefore, your immune system is always ‘interested’ in your diet. If no disorders occur, it means that the reaction of the organism is nonaggressive, which isfood tolerance. However, when health problems appear, there is an excessive defensive response – an inflammatory reaction of the immune system. In such situations, food tolerance is replaced by an aggressive defense and the cells of the immune system release inflammatory state mediators, the chronic inflammatory condition is exacerbated and attacks of pain result whose origin is difficult to diagnose. The solution is to perform an MRT test. The examination is carried out via the flow cytometry technique coupled with the refined Coulter method. The high effectiveness of the MRT test in diagnosing food hypersensitivity has been confirmed by the results of oral provocation tests, skin tests, and an elimination diet. The test can be performed in the Diagnostic Laboratory ISO-LAB.
What is food hypersensitivity?
Significant impact on various chronic ailments (e.g. bronchial asthma, spastic colon, reflux, migraine and other head pain, body weight fluctuation, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, skin eruptions, atopic dermatitis, autism, ADHD) can result from delayed hypersensitivity reactions (DHT – Delayed Type Hypersensitivity) to the elements of a diet, namely food hypersensitivity. A model allergic reaction occurs with the exclusive participation of immunoglobulin type E, which belongs to the antibodies of the immune system, as well as with the release of histamine or histamine-like substances from impaired cells. It was discovered that the mechanisms dependent on these immunoglobulin (IgE) do not tie many reactions directly to what we consume. Food hypersensitivity then refers to the condition when what you eat increasingly stimulates the cells of the immune system to defense, inflammatory condition mediators release themselves, and a chronic inflammatory condition is exacerbated. Inflammation of the bowel, as well as other organs and various tissues occurs, when one is hypersensitive to a certain ingredient of consumed food. If it is not eaten much, the symptoms may not occur at all. Your organism most often reacts excessively to more than one ingredient of food, and symptoms most often appear after a few hours or even days after consumption and may be puzzling. First and foremost, a good, individually-customized diet is key to your health and well-being.
Mediators – why?
Cells of the immune system – white blood cells in circulating blood – are activated by the particles of the food that is not tolerated. They produce and release cytokines and other mediators, which serve to communicate between particular cells and induce specific reactions connected with the onset of the inflammatory process. To date thousands of different mediators have been discovered, so trying to identify a specific culprit is pointless and very costly. However, an easier and cheaper method of detecting the level of released mediators has been found. It was discovered that white blood cells have the capacity to change their volume after contact with an antigen, resulting in the release of mediators dependent on the exacerbation of the pro-inflammatory reaction. Development of a technique to objectively measure the volume changes contributed to creating the MRT test. This test defines the level of your sensitivity to foods and food additives, thereby enabling the elimination of the most reactive products from the diet.

What is extraordinary in it?
Thanks to the MRT test, there is not only the possibility of easing the symptoms of food hypersensitivity but also, most importantly, of eliminating their cause. Years of observation helped create a method adjusted to the specifics of these reactions. Delayed hypersensitivity reactions occur very frequently, and it is difficult to directly detect the source of the problem in order to prescribe prophylactics. Discover how your organism reacts to each of 150 foods and food additives. The MRT test is the only diagnostic tool comprising a quantitative component that enables the definition of the intensity of leukocytes’ reaction to a specific food.
The generated result – “The LEAP Program Report” – also includes a Diet Management Plan comprising three actions:
- elimination of harmful foods
- cleansing the body of antigens
- a proposed new nutrition approach including the components of an alternate day diet
Just a small blood sample can result in significant changes. A trained specialist will discuss the test results and interpret them for you. Contact us and find out details. You will learn what you should eat and in what way, so that new hypersensitivities will not occur. By following the guidelines, it may be possible that, with time, you will be able to include again some of the currently not-tolerated delicacies in your diet. By following the LEAP Program, you will free yourself of ailments which once seemed an inseparable part of your life, and you will also be pleased with your silhouette and appearance. Thousands of people in the USA and Europe have become convinced of the effectiveness of this method. Join their ranks.
The LEAP Program
The LEAP Program relies on eliminating specific foods and substances which release non-allergic immunological reactionsin the body of a given patient and proper formulating and introducing non-reactive , healthy products.
Where to conduct the MRT test?
For everyone! Most of us are struggling with health problems, which may be a sign of food hypersensitivity.
Development of the MRT test is the result of many years of research into food hypersensitivity conducted by Dr Marka Pasula, an immunologist and scientist.
